EBC（European Business Council）について
17カ国からなる欧州商工会議所及び駐日経済団体の貿易政策を司る機関です。1972年に設立され、以来駐日欧州企業の貿易、投資環境の改善のため努力しております。
現在、欧州商工会議所に所属する2,500を超える企業、個人会員の代表をいたしております。このうち、約200社の企業は当協会の22の産業別委員会に参加し、広範囲にわたる経済分野の仕事に携わっております。
駐日欧州連合代表部、加盟国大使館、その他の駐日欧州経済団体と緊密な連携を図りつつ、日本政府に開かれた貿易、投資の環境を創設するための政策提言及び提案を行っております。

About EBC (European Business Council)
The European Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ECCJ) is the trade policy arm of the 17-member European Chambers of Commerce and Economic Organizations in Japan (ECCI).
It was established in 1972 and since then has been working to improve the trade and investment environment for European companies in Japan.
Currently, we represent more than 2,500 companies and individual members of the European Chamber of Commerce. About 200 of these companies participate in the association's 22 industry-specific committees and are involved in a wide range of economic sectors.
In close cooperation with the Delegation of the European Union to Japan, the embassies of member states, and other European business organizations in Japan, we make policy recommendations and proposals to the Japanese government to create an open environment for trade and investment.
