The 63rd Japan Society of Applied Physics Spring 2016 Meeting will be held on March 19th - 22nd, 2016 at Ookayama Campus of Tokyo Institute of Technology (TITECH). Czech manufacturer of thermal reactors for semiconductor and photovoltaic industry SVCS Process Innovation s.r.o. will exhibit in cooperation with VYTEK Ltd. Products of Czech companies CRYTUR s.r.o. and ESTCOM CZ oxidova keramika a.s. will be presented at the booth as well.
